With the rental packege, we provide ALL the equipment you will need for your VR Party. You will have the option to pickup the equipment yourself a day before the event (San Diego: Sorrento Valley 92121), and return it yourself as well. You can also choose to pay UBER to pickup and drop off the equipment on your behalf.

We will provide a short 5min video that will guide you on how to set things up and keep everyone happy. In most cases, your big kids will just use YouTube to figure things out, and since you can pickup the equipment a full day before the party, it will give them a lot of time to become VR experts :-)

Virtual reality is a digital world that you ‘enter’ simulated by a VR headset where the user immerse in environments that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. A person using virtual reality equipment is able to look around the artificial world, move around in it, and interact with virtual features or items.

Virtual reality is pretty intuitive. You use hand controllers to interact with the VR experience that we provide. Our gaming coach will do a quick tutorial before we set-up each participant in their headset for the first time.

For booked events, our gaming coach will be at the venue about 30 min before the party is scheduled to start to set everything up. The gaming coach will deploy our VR pads/mats in your play area and setup the VR headsets so they are ready to go. One pad is intended for one participant. Once you have gathered the participants, the coach will provide an overview on how to operate the VR unit and how to activate the games, then, each participant will receive a VR unit (headset and remote controllers) and will be guided to their designated VR pads/mats.

We need about 5 x 5 ft. per VR pad/mat. It is about the same size if you were to paint a circle around a regular chair.

We can support up to 30 participants in a 2-hour window, if you have more people, you can purchase an extra hour for $99.

On averge, a standard size venue will support two to five stations at a time. If you wish to have more stations and have the space for them, we will be happy to acomodate you (rates apply) just let us know ahead of time.

We recommend indoors. Anywhere that has cover from sun and rain since both can cause damage and interfere with tracking of the headsets and controllers.

We can accommodate some outdoor events and provide game tents as long as the following criteria are met:

- Flat area established

- No inclement weather expected

- Tent rental fees apply.

If this is a managed event (meaning we send a game coach) we will bring internet with us, however if you are RENTING the equipment, you will need to connect the VR headsets to your home wifi, its a very easy.

Our VR Partyz package includes the Oculus Quest headsets, motion controllers, VR games, VR pads/mats, Chromecasts and on-site staff to instruct and assist your participants throughout the event.

We make sure that the games we provide are always appropriate for the age and skill level of the participants. For example, for kids ages from 6 to 12 we provide beginner-level type of games these games have a quick learning curve, minimal controls, and are engaging and exciting. No dead people, no blood, and no foul languages. However, we’re happy to discuss your specific needs and make sure we have something appropriate for your event.

We bring sanitation wipes with us to clean each headset and the controllers between uses. In general, the headsets don't get too dirty, but we aim to provide a clean experience so as not to spoil the fun. We also make sure that we use microfiber lens wipes to avoid damaging the lens.
